We are a Medicare Bulk Billing Practice  and we bulk bill eligible GP services, including;

  • GP Consultations
  • Chronic condition management plans and reviews
  • Mental health treatment plans
  • Health assessments

Fees may apply for non – eligible services, including;

  • Procedures like skin excisions
  • Diagnostic services like ECG and pathology
  • Non MBS services
  • Patients without a Medicare number

Please inquire with our reception staff today for queries on fees.

We are taking new patients, but to meet Medicare requirements you must have a in person appointment with a GP first, before accessing our other services such as teleconsult and Nursing appointments.

Results can now be accessed through the MyGov app, you do not need to be signed up for MyMedicare to view these. Results generally became available on the site 7 days after your test. Alternatively, you can request a copy of your results when seeing your GP. Our nurses can print a copy of results at the doctor’s discretion but there is a fee of $15 for the service.

Our doctors do provide over the counter script requests. Due to Medicare guidelines, not all scripts can be ordered without being seen by a doctor, in these cases you will need to book in to see your doctor. Please check with reception for script availability. There is a $15 fee for this service.

We have a walk-in treatment room available.

For non-emergencies after hours or for health advice that does not require the emergency department we recommend calling Health Direct on 1800 022 222 to speak to a registered nurse.

Please call the clinic on 08 8682 5133 and our reception staff will be happy to help or visit us at 10 Haigh Street, Port Lincoln. Alternatively, you can book through our booking app HotDoc.

The easiest way to get your records sent to our clinic, is to come in and fill in a Transfer of records form, this includes the details of your previous clinic. We will then send the form of for you and have the records sent to us. Each clinic is different, and this may incur a fee from your previous clinic.
